Platform Delivery Manager – Dublin.

The Client

Our client, a leading bank in Ireland, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Platform Delivery Manager to work in Dublin, Ireland.

What you are expected to do

• Experience in delivery or project coordination roles within a technology, platform, or infrastructure environment.
• Exposure to technical delivery in areas such as infrastructure, platforms, networking, or security.
• Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational and delivery coordination skills.
• Clear and effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple delivery activities and priorities at squad level.
• Practical, hands‑on approach to delivery management.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or similar delivery toolsets (desirable).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and modern platform engineering concepts (desirable).
• Agile, Scrum, or delivery‑related certifications (desirable).

What you will do

Delivery Management

• Support the delivery of platform initiatives within a defined platform or set of squads, ensuring work is planned, tracked, and delivered to agreed timelines.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) to support effective squad delivery.
• Track delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate to senior delivery leadership.
• Ensure delivery activities align with agreed priorities and platform roadmaps.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with engineers, product owners, infrastructure, and security teams to support successful platform delivery.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for delivery-related queries within the assigned platform area.

Operational Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Support consistent use of delivery tools, processes, and ways of working across platform squads.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices, applying lessons learned from retrospectives.
• Assist in monitoring delivery metrics and team health indicators.

Team Support

• Encourage collaborative and transparent ways of working within platform squads.
• Support less experienced team members with delivery practices and agile ways of working.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and delivery‑focused team culture.

• Irish or EU or British Citizen, or holding a Stamp 4 or Stamp 1G permit.
• Residing in the specified job location currently
