Position: Permanent | Hybrid Location: South Dublin Reporting to: Procurement Manager Salary: €47,000 – €52,000 (DOE) About the Role We are partnering with our client to appoint a Procurement Business Partner within its central procurement function. This is a permanent, full-time role within a flexible hybrid model, with an expectation of 1–2 days per week on-site in South Dublin. The function operates in a complex, high-volume environment, focused on delivering value, strengthening supplier governance, and ensuring compliance with procurement policy and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will act as a key interface between procurement and internal stakeholders, supporting operational delivery and improvements across processes, systems, and supplier performance. Key Responsibilities Procurement Operations Support internal teams in identifying procurement requirements and sourcing goods and services in line with procurement policy and guidelines Assist with preparation, issuance, and evaluation of tender processes Support contract award and end-to-end procurement lifecycle management Contribute to process improvement and procurement training initiatives Provide administrative support including meeting minutes, spend analysis, and tender documentation Work with Finance and Operations to support procurement efficiency Contract & Supplier Management Maintain the central contract register, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support contract renewal and lifecycle management Develop and maintain supplier relationships Assist with supplier performance monitoring, reviews, and issue resolution Support supplier risk assessments and spend reporting Promote transparent, compliant, value-driven procurement practices Internal Stakeholder Support Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and support delivery Assist in preparing Requests for Tender across goods, services, and works Provide procurement guidance to internal teams Support procurement planning, negotiation, and contract placement Promote awareness of procurement policies and compliance requirements Compliance & Reporting Ensure procurement activity complies with internal policies and applicable regulations Produce reports on contracts, procurement activity, spend, and performance Support contract governance and risk management Monitor supplier compliance and contractual obligations Candidate Profile Experience managing contracts across goods, services, or works in a complex organisation Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and supplier management skills Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, trend identification, and large dataset management Experience with procurement and/or financial systems Strong understanding of procurement principles and sourcing methodologies Level 8 qualification or equivalent professional experience Benefits 24 days annual leave Competitive employer pension scheme Structured learning and development opportunities Flexible hybrid working supporting work-life balance Collaborative and supportive team culture To find out more, send your CV to [email protected] or connect with her on Linkedin.
