The Client

Our client, a leading bank in Ireland, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Programme / Senior Test Manager to work in Dublin, Ireland.

What you are expected to do

Deliver testing across a multi-year data regulatory initiative Coordinate testing streams across GDAO, Group Risk and Finance during SIT and UAT phases Define E2E Test Strategy & Approach spanning multiple workstreams and a regular release cadence Accountable for overall Test schedule, estimates, costs, RAID items, roadblocks, etc. Ensure appropriate test processes and methodologies, implementing enhancements wherever appropriate. Lead engagement with Business teams to define UAT resourcing requirements Engage and Manage Stakeholders including NFT test Teams – working closely with the PMs to ensure expectations are met. Identify resourcing requirements and constraints and manage within budget Responsible for building a test team and capability, coordination and management of the team onshore and offshore Manage test requirements, including environments, and data load requests on behalf of the Programme Overall accountability for all test deliverables, guiding and directing the team accordingly. Overall accountability for Defect Management Track and manage metrics as per Test Metrics and KPIs, inputting to weekly reporting. Work with TRAD (Tech Release and Deployment) and Business team for Dress Rehearsal and Post Go Live support activities (If applicable). Work with Programme stakeholders to give inputs to the Lessons learned document.
