Project Manager

Our Client is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely and on programme.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed to schedule and within budget;

Coordinate site team, subcontractors and suppliers.

Attend site meetings and effectively represent the company’s interests with regard to safety, commercial success and programme targets.

Provide mentoring and guidance to other direct reports.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage all deliveries to site.

Ensure compliance with company standards, relevant building regulations, permits, RAMS and health & safety requirements.

Monitor programme progress and report to Senior Management;

Maintaining accurate site records and documentation

Experience, Skills Required

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.

Proven success in a similar role.

Ability to balance priorities to ensure Project targets are met.

To conduct all duties in a constructive, efficient and productive manner;

Must have a Safe Pass.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
