Project Manager.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an important role within the project delivery team. Working closely with senior management, you will support the planning, co-ordination, and supervision of building services installations across a range of residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and co-ordination of mechanical building services projects.
• Support the installation and commissioning of building systems.
• Develop and review maintenance and operational procedures.
• Monitor project costs and assist with budget management and forecasting.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Produce and modify 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software.
• Co-ordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Attend project, design, and technical meetings.
• Help ensure projects comply with relevant legislation, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 1–2 years’ experience in a relevant engineering or construction environment.
• Previous experience in mechanical building services, HVAC, or the wider construction industry is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical approach.
• Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and translate them into technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
