About this role

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an important role within the project delivery team. Working closely with senior management, you will support the planning, co-ordination, and supervision of building services installations across a range of residential projects. Location: Co. Dublin Salary: DOE Responsibilities Assist with the management and co-ordination of mechanical building services projects. Support the installation and commissioning of building systems. Develop and review maintenance and operational procedures. Monitor project costs and assist with budget management and forecasting. Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Produce and modify 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software. Co-ordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams. Attend project, design, and technical meetings. Help ensure projects comply with relevant legislation, quality standards, and health and safety requirements. Requirements Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Approximately 1–2 years’ experience in a relevant engineering or construction environment. Previous experience in mechanical building services, HVAC, or the wider construction industry is desirable. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills with a practical approach. Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and translate them into technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and organisational skills.
