What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end sales across designated IT market sectors.
• Build, scale, and manage your own profitable client portfolio.
• Pitch commercial terms and execute closing agreements.

What You Need

• Experience: 1+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or appointment setting.
• Mindset: Ambitious, competitive, and ready to step up to a full-cycle role.
• Eligibility: Valid EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.

Compensation

Year 1 Total Earnings: €50k+, Year 2: €80k+, Year 3: €100k+ (No Ceiling)

Base: Mid-€30k (DOE) + Uncapped Monthly Commission + Quarterly Bonuses.
