What You’ll Do

• Own the Deal: Drive the full sales funnel—outbound prospecting, running discovery calls, diagnosing client pain points, pitching solutions, and negotiating terms.
• Consultative Expert: Become a trusted advisor in your sector, diagnosing client needs and tailoring strategic recruitment solutions.
• Collaborative Support: You focus on relationship building, strategy, and closing; our delivery team ensures seamless execution for your clients.

What You Bring

• The Foundation: 1+ years in outbound B2B sales, SDR, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• The Mindset: A consultative approach—you’re an active listener and strategic problem-solver who feels limited by transactional or single-stage SDR roles.
• The Commitment: You thrive in a high-energy, collaborative in-office environment (Dublin, Mon–Fri).
• The Basics: Valid EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.

The Rewards: Build Your Wealth

• Year 1 Total Earnings: €50k+ | Year 2: €80k+ | Year 3: €100k+ (Uncapped)
• Base Salary: Mid-€30k (DOE) + Uncapped Monthly Commission + Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
