Senior Legal Executive.

Location: Waterford City Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Legal Executive to join an established and close-knit law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive who is confident managing their own workload and is looking to take on a senior position within a supportive and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload with a high level of autonomy
• Take responsibility for files from initial instruction through to completion
• Provide clients with practical and professional legal support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare, draft and review legal documentation and correspondence
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, counsel, courts and other relevant parties
• Ensure files are managed accurately and efficiently
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation and legal developments
• Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of the practice

Key Requirements

• Significant experience as a Legal Executive , ideally within general practice
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of relevant legal procedures and processes
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team
• Professional, approachable and client-focused manner
• Strong ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
