Role: Senior Planner - Grangecastle

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner to join a leading construction company for a role in Grangecastle. You will join an organisation that works with a wide variety of clients including multinationals, private companies and both local and state authorities. Responsibilities

• Manage, update and maintain the overall Project Construction Programme.
• Develop and monitor short-term, trade and area programmes, integrating procurement, design and subcontractor schedules.
• Monitor project progress, earned value and programme performance, producing weekly progress reports and S-curves.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Analyse planned versus actual progress, identify potential delays and prepare mitigation plans and as-built programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline
• Be fully conversant in Asta Power Project, Microsoft Project Package or Primavera Software
• Proven construction planning experience
• Previous experience on mid- large-scale projects required
• Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills
