Senior Project Manager - Cork.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• 5+ years Construction Project Management experience
• A track record in working on or leading capital works projects preferably on some or all of the below categories.
• High Density residential projects
• Commercial Office Shell & Core
• Commercial Office Fitout.
• Logistics & Industrial projects.
• Mixed Use Developments
• Or Prior experience on €10M+ new build projects (vertical) in other sectors.
• Experience in the following backgrounds are desirable:
• Client-Side Project Managers / Working in house with Property Developers
• Project Management Consultancy (Global)
• Building Contractor – construction management professionals
• Individuals with relevant Design Management expertise.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or other construction related discipline.
• Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one is preferrable but not essential.

Knowledge & Skills Required
