Senior Treasury Analyst.

A growing pharmaceutical business is hiring a Senior Treasury Analyst into a small, high-visibility treasury function. Because the team is lean, this is a genuinely broad role — you'll get exposure across cash, FX, funding, banking and reporting rather than being boxed into one area, and you'll work directly with the Head of Treasury/Group Finance and with senior stakeholders across the business. This suits someone who wants ownership early, enjoys building and improving process, and is comfortable moving between day-to-day operational treasury and more strategic project work. Key Responsibilities Cash and liquidity

• Daily cash positioning across group bank accounts and management of surplus cash
• Short, medium and long-term cash flow forecasting; analysis of variances against actuals
• Management of cash pooling structures, intercompany funding and settlement

FX and risk

• Identification and analysis of group FX exposures
• Execution of hedging trades and maintenance of the hedging programme in line with treasury policy
• Support for hedge accounting and related IFRS 9 documentation and disclosures

Banking and funding

• Day-to-day bank relationship management, including mandates, account opening/closing and KYC
• Support on debt facilities, covenant tracking and reporting to lenders
• Ownership of payment processes and related controls

Reporting and controls

• Month-end treasury close: journals, reconciliations, interest and FX accounting
• Treasury reporting to senior management and Group
• Maintenance and testing of treasury controls (SOX where applicable), and input to treasury

Requirements

• 4+ years' relevant treasury experience, ideally gained in a multinational or shared services environment
• Strong technical grounding in cash management, FX and treasury accounting
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Comfortable operating in a small team — hands-on, self-directed and happy to own processes end to end
