Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress. Requirements: Relevant qualification in social care. Proven experience as a Social Care Worker. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
