The Role

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people.
• Supporting children with their emotional, social and developmental needs.
• Promoting independence, participation and positive outcomes.
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a safe and supportive environment.
• Maintaining professional standards and accurate records in line with service requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care and CORU registration
• A full driving licence is preferable .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Garda vetting and relevant compliance documentation will be required.
