DUTIES
Provide high-quality social care to individuals and families in need. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate effectively with members of a multidisciplinary team. Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Level 7/8 in Social Care. Minimum 3 months experience in the Republic of Ireland. Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland. CORU Registration is an advantage
Rates of pay
€16-€19.50 per hour Day rate. Enhanced Night rates & Sunday rates available.
