We are presently recruiting for a Solicitor to join a busy and established legal practice in Tralee, County Kerry. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience and will manage a varied caseload, with particular focus on conveyancing, family law and probate. You will have the support of an experienced legal secretary, assisting with diary management, correspondence, file preparation, document production, client communication and general administrative duties. This is a permanent, full – time position based in Tralee. Key Duties Manage a diverse caseload from initial instruction through to completion. Handle residential and commercial conveyancing transactions. Advise and represent clients in family law matters. Manage probate, estate administration and related matters. Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation. Provide clear, professional and timely advice to clients. Liaise effectively with clients, barristers, counsel and other professionals. Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and regulations. Qualifications & Experience Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience. Strong experience in conveyancing, family law and probate. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills. Salary is open to negotiation and will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications and current industry expectations.
