Solutions Engineer – AI (German-Speaking)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to support our sales and customer teams in delivering AI-driven solutions to SMB clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in pre-sales, working at the intersection of technology and customer engagement. You’ll help customers understand our platform, design integration approaches, and guide them through successful implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Support sales conversations by leading technical discovery and understanding customer requirements
• Translate business needs into practical solution designs and integration approaches
• Deliver product demos and assist with proof-of-concept activities
• Provide guidance on API usage, integrations, and data flows
• Support discussions around security, data handling, and best practices
• Create clear documentation (solution designs, onboarding steps, diagrams)
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent German (C1 level or above)
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g. support, implementation, consulting, or pre-sales)
• Understanding of APIs (REST, authentication, integrations)
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Basic knowledge of security concepts (e.g. access control, data protection)
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, or AI technologies

Nice to Have

• Exposure to API-first or AI-based products
• Experience with JSON, API calls, or light troubleshooting
• Awareness of standards such as GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001
