Business Development: Identify and partner with key accounts, SMEs, and booming start-ups across Europe. Market Strategy: Define your niche and manage your own portfolio with full autonomy. Full Cycle Recruitment: Sourcing, direct approach, interviewing, and closing. You own the process from A to Z. Strategic Advisory: Consult with clients on market trends and talent acquisition strategies. 🎯 THE PERFECT MATCH Location: You are already based in Dublin and love the local vibe. Experience: At least 1 year in a 360° recruitment role (Agency experience is a plus). Languages: Native or business-level Spanish + a professional level of English.
