Store Manager.

Lead a large, busy convenience store in Ballincollig with a well-established team and strong support from the owners.

Location: Ballincollig, Co. Cork

What you will be doing

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 45 to 50 people
• Manage sales, margin, labour, stock, waste and service standards
• Maintain strong grocery, fresh-food and compliance standards
• Work closely with the owners on store performance and future plans

What we are looking for

• Strong recent Store Manager experience in Irish grocery or convenience retail
• Experience leading a sizeable team and a high-turnover store
• Good commercial judgement and a hands-on leadership style
• Experience with Centra or SuperValu systems would be helpful

Salary and benefits

€60,000–€70,000 a year

• €60,000–€70,000 basic salary
• 10% bonus
