Lead a large, busy convenience store in Ballincollig with a well-established team and strong support from the owners. Location: Ballincollig, Co. Cork Employment type: Full-time, permanent What you will be doing Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store Lead and develop a team of approximately 45 to 50 people Manage sales, margin, labour, stock, waste and service standards Maintain strong grocery, fresh-food and compliance standards Work closely with the owners on store performance and future plans What we are looking for Strong recent Store Manager experience in Irish grocery or convenience retail Experience leading a sizeable team and a high-turnover store Good commercial judgement and a hands-on leadership style Experience with Centra or SuperValu systems would be helpful Salary and benefits €60,000–€70,000 a year €60,000–€70,000 basic salary 10% bonus Established team Progression as the group grows
