Essential Requirements

• QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification in healthcare, social care, or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 months’ experience in an Irish healthcare or social care setting
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is desirable
• Up-to-date vaccinations or willingness to obtain
• HSE mandatory training up-to-date or willingness to complete
• Practical courses relevant to care up-to-date or willingness to complete
• Strong understanding of HIQA standards
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Ability to travel within County Galway (full driver’s licence desirable)
