Location: Galway

Pay Rate: €15–€20 per hour, with enhanced night rates and premium Sunday rates.

Access Healthcare is currently looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Galway.

This is a great opportunity for a caring, compassionate, and reliable Support Worker with previous experience in the Irish healthcare or social care sector who is looking for regular, ongoing work.

We are looking for someone who is confident working in a busy care environment and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support to service users.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Support Worker in an Irish healthcare or social care setting is essential.
• QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support, Social Care, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, or mental health needs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work day, evening, night, or weekend shifts.
