About this role
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales & Dealer Support Specialist to join the Multihog DACH team.
Please note – this is a hybrid role combining technical support and sales support for the DACH market. You will need to be comfortable with regular travel, fluent in German and English, and be resident in the DACH region.
What you’ll be doing
Technical Support
- Act as first point of contact for technical queries from German dealers
- Troubleshoot customer and dealer issues in coordination with aftersales and engineering
- Provide guidance on machine configuration and application suitability
- Support resolution of issues during demos, trials, and early-stage customer use
- Maintain technical knowledge across full Multihog product range
Sales Support
- Support the Territory Sales Manager across the full sales process:
- Preparing quotations and specifications
- Supporting tender responses and documentation
- Following up on active opportunities
- Help convert leads into orders through fast, accurate technical input
Demonstrations & Customer Engagement
- Plan and carry out machine demonstrations across DACH
- Travel to dealers and end customers for demo support, customer presentations and on-site application advice
- Ensure demos are well prepared and aligned with customer requirements
Dealer Training & Development
- Deliver product and application training for dealer sales and technical teams
- Support onboarding of new dealers
- Help raise the overall technical and commercial capability of the dealer network
Machine Delivery & Handover
- Support dealers with machine setup and commissioning
- Attend customer handovers and provide operator training
- Ensure a professional and consistent customer experience
Who we’re looking for…
Due to the innovative nature of our products, this role will appeal to a wide range of candidates. It has lots of room for growth, so we’d like to hear from you if you have any of the following:
- Practical, technical or mechanical engineering background
- Technical or mechanical qualification
- HGV/Agri/Plant fitting experience
- Expertise in hydraulics/electrics/engines
- A passion for machine diagnostics and vehicle electrification
A couple of things that are essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both German and English)
- Good organisational skills, and the ability to manage several projects at once.
