Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial due diligence and advisory projects
- Provide expert advice on complex due diligence matters to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Develop and grow a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Drive business development by leveraging your existing network and building new client relationships.
- Stay abreast of legislation, market trends, and industry best practice to provide the highest level of service.
About You
- Experienced Director, Associate Director, or Senior Manager at a Top 6 accountancy firm or reputable regional boutique advisory business.
- 5+ years’ experience in Transaction Services, ideally with exposure to mid-tier and/or Big 4 environments.
- ACA or equivalent qualification.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Technically strong with the ability to communicate complex matters in an accessible way.
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and motivated to grow your own practice.
- Demonstrable work-winning ability and an established network of contacts.
