Role Overview
Lead and represent the client during the final project phase: inspecting electrical and mechanical systems, identifying snags, coordinating rectifications, and delivering a handover-ready facility on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- Experience in turnover, QC/QA, commissioning, or snagging roles focusing on electrical/mechanical systems in heavy industries or construction projects.
- Proficient in reading IFC/As-Built drawings, cable schedules, P&IDs, and writing snag reports.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
- Familiar with electrical testing (continuity, insulation, voltage-drop) and mechanical inspections (alignment, integrity checks)
- Experience with turnover documentation processes and client-oriented handover procedures
- Keen attention to detail, quality-driven, and skilled at coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
