Wholesale & Supply Chain Specialist
Our client, an innovative and expanding apparel company, is seeking a Wholesale & Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in North Dublin. This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity to help develop the wholesale supply function as the business grows. You will coordinate suppliers, wholesale customers, freight providers and third-party logistics partners while working closely with internal teams. Hybrid working is available.
We’re particularly interested in candidates from premium fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands who understand the demands of a fast-paced, high-growth environment and have experience managing supply chain activity across wholesale and key retail accounts.

Responsibilities of this Wholesale & Supply Chain Specialist role include:
- Work with the Product, Wholesale Buying, Commercial and Operations teams to understand customer requirements.
- Build strong supplier relationships and ensure ex-factory deadlines are achieved.
- Liaise with wholesale customers regarding systems, deliveries and service expectations.
- Act as the main contact between customers, freight providers and 3PL partners.
- Monitor wholesale orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify supply gaps, shortages or delays and recommend practical solutions.
Requirements for this Wholesale & Supply Chain Specialist role include
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, wholesale operations, purchasing or order fulfilment.
- Experience working with suppliers, customers, freight providers or 3PL partners.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Excel and systems skills, with ERP experience.
