Role Overview

Our client based in Wicklow is seeking an Assembly Operative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Assembly Operative is a key member of a team assembling and building high-quality products, ensuring efficient, consistent production that meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve production targets set by the Area Supervisor
• Ensure consistent production of high-quality products
• Complete all required documentation accurately
• Be reliable and punctual
• Work effectively within a team
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping
• Take responsibility for your own and others’ health and safety
• Work independently and adapt to new tasks as needed
• Be flexible to overtime or shift work as required
• Other duties as assigned

Training Requirements

• Uni Cap / Uni Plug Assembly
• Uni Cap / Uni Plug Torque
• Leak Testing
• Residual
• Final

Benefits and Compensation

• Starting salary: €28,500, no experience required
• Progression up to €32,012, plus automation machine training for €32,534
• Full training provided; fast learners can progress 3–4 levels within months
• 22 days annual leave
• 7 fully paid sick days per annum

• Shutdown: 2 weeks Summer, 1 week Christmas
