Bar & Nightclub Manager.

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar and Nightclub Manager for one of our well-established clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry. As a Nightclub Manager, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for nightlife entertainment. You will ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining high standards of service, safety, and entertainment. REQUIREMENTS 3+ Years Bar and Nightclub Manager experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment with a strong work ethic essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and inventory control. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. PACKAGE ON OFFER Competitive salary of €20.00 – €25.00 per hour dependent on experience. Potential Bonus scheme.
