About this role
Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor for one of our well established clients based in North Dublin. The Bar & Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years+ Experience as a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a high-volume environment. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and health and safety regulations. Strong communication and leadership skills. Passionate about providing top-tier customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
Competitive salary of €34,000 – €38,000 per year dependent on experience. Meals on duty, Tips, Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
