Archer is expanding its Business Development team. We are looking for ambitious sales talent to partner with leading global firms across Life Sciences, MedTech, and Fintech.

In this role, you aren’t just selling recruitment—you are a strategic business partner. You will advise C-Suite leaders, CTOs, and Department Heads on critical technical talent strategies, helping them scale innovative technologies and solve complex workforce challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and pitch key decision-makers across target sectors through targeted, multi-channel outreach.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery meetings to understand client technical roadmaps and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, pitch terms of business, and secure long-term commercial agreements.
• Account Development: Expand existing key accounts and build a personal brand as an expert talent advisor in your sector.

What We Offer

• Year 1 OTE: €50,000 – €55,000+
• Year 2 OTE: €70,000 – €80,000+

What You Bring

• Experience: 1+ years in Insurance Sales, Broking, Account Management, or Direct Sales.
• Drive: A track record of exceeding KPIs/targets and a desire to transition into consultative B2B sales.
• Location & Eligibility: Full working rights for Ireland (EU Passport or Stamp 4) and ability to work full-time in our Dublin office.
