Financial Controller Location: North Dublin Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 + Bonus + Pension Sector: Energy About the Role Our client, an established energy company based in North Dublin, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead their finance function. This is a key leadership role managing a team of 4, with responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making at senior level. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance operations and manage a team of 4 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders Support senior management with financial insights for strategic planning Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls Requirements Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience, ideally with people management experience Experience in the energy sector desirable but not essential Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of Irish GAAP/IFRS Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP) What's on Offer Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 (DOE) Performance-related bonus Pension contribution How to Apply?
