Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact on a growing business? This is a chance to own the whole HR function at a group that’s growing fast and wants its people strategy to keep up.

This is a hands-on role with real influence. You’ll be building, not just maintaining.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the full HR lifecycle across the group, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, ER and compliance
  • Developing and rolling out HR policies and frameworks that support the group’s growth and keep things consistent across all divisions
  • Managing payroll administration (BrightPay) with the finance team, making sure it’s accurate, on time and Revenue compliant
  • Being the first point of contact for employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and conflict resolution
  • Designing and running the group’s performance review cycle, and supporting line managers with appraisals and goal setting
  • Leading group recruitment, from workforce planning and role design through to selection, onboarding and probation
  • Working with the leadership and finance teams on headcount planning, salary reviews and forecasting as the business scales
  • Keeping the group compliant with Irish and UK employment law, including WRC codes of practice
  • Monitoring absence, driving engagement and supporting leaders with 1:1s
  • Liaising with the group’s IT provider on tickets and escalations

What you’ll bring

  • 5 to 10 years in HR, including solid experience handling complex employee relations
  • Experience delivering HR across multiple teams or entities, ideally in a growing SME
  • A third-level qualification in HR, Business or similar. CIPD (Associate or Chartered) is a big plus
  • Payroll experience, ideally BrightPay
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law. UK exposure is a bonus
  • Good commercial awareness and the confidence to influence and lead change
  • Excellent communication skills, especially for drafting policies and handling difficult conversations

What’s on offer

  • A competitive salary based on experience, plus a profit share scheme
  • A key role at a business with ambitious growth plans, where your work will be seen
  • Ongoing professional development support
  • A modern office with free parking and a relaxed, collaborative culture
  • No Dublin commute!

If you’re based in Wexford, Wicklow, Carlow or the South East and you’re ready for a role where you can build something, I’d love to hear from you.
