Location: Ballina, Mayo Pay Rate: €15–€20 per hour, with enhanced night rates and premium Sunday rates

Access Healthcare is currently looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join a nursing home team in Ballina, Mayo.

This is a great opportunity for a caring and reliable Healthcare Assistant with previous experience in the Irish healthcare sector who is looking for regular, ongoing work.

We are looking for someone who is confident working in a busy care environment and is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 qualification.
• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in an Irish healthcare setting is essential.
• Nursing home experience is highly desirable.
• Experience providing personal care and supporting residents with complex care needs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional and reliable approach to care.
• Availability to work both day and night shifts.
• A strong commitment to person-centred care.
