What you will be doing

• Prepare dough from raw ingredients using proven recipes and methods
• Mix, shape, prove and bake bread to a consistent standard
• Plan your work around the day's production requirements
• Maintain strong hygiene, food-safety and traceability standards
• Work closely with the wider bakery team to keep production running smoothly

What we are looking for

• Professional experience producing bread from scratch
• Confidence with mixing, shaping, proving and baking
• Experience in a craft, wholesale or production bakery
• A reliable, practical approach and a realistic commute to Naas
