Production Manager.

Lead the day-to-day production operation at a busy food business in Naas, keeping people, output, quality and food safety on track.

What you will be doing

• Plan daily production, staffing and priorities around customer orders
• Lead the production team, setting clear standards and organising handovers
• Maintain product quality, food safety, hygiene and traceability
• Monitor waste, yield, downtime and stock, dealing with issues quickly
• Work closely with bakery, packing, dispatch and senior management

What we are looking for

• Production-management or senior supervisory experience in bakery or food manufacturing
• Strong people leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
• A good working knowledge of HACCP and food-safety standards
• A hands-on approach and a realistic commute to Naas
