Lead the day-to-day production operation at a busy food business in Naas, keeping people, output, quality and food safety on track. Location: Naas, Co. Kildare Employment type: Full-time, permanent What you will be doing Plan daily production, staffing and priorities around customer orders Lead the production team, setting clear standards and organising handovers Maintain product quality, food safety, hygiene and traceability Monitor waste, yield, downtime and stock, dealing with issues quickly Work closely with bakery, packing, dispatch and senior management What we are looking for Production-management or senior supervisory experience in bakery or food manufacturing Strong people leadership, planning and problem-solving skills A good working knowledge of HACCP and food-safety standards A hands-on approach and a realistic commute to Naas Salary and benefits Salary to be confirmed Full-time permanent role Established production environment Package discussed based on experience
