Essential Requirements

• CORU Registration is essential
• Level 7/8 Degree in Social Care or equivalent
• Previous experience working in Social Care settings
• Full driving licence to support flexible working across locations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Strong commitment to person-centred care
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
