Sous Chef.

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Sous Chef for one of our well-established clients in Co. Kildare. You will play a pivotal role supporting the Head Chef, as the Sous Chef you will oversee the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that dishes meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. REQUIREMENTS 2 – 3 years Sous Chef experience. Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment and cooking techniques. Leadership skills, communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a pressurised fast paced environment producing a high-quality service to deadlines. Flexible with working hours as role will include, mornings, evenings, weekends shifts. HACCP trained and excellent knowledge of food safety, policies and regulations. PACKAGE ON OFFER Competitive salary of €42,000 – €45,000 Per Annum. Meals on duty.
