About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support individuals with their daily living needs, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life in welcoming and supportive environments throughout Kildare.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Support residents with social and recreational activities
• Build positive and meaningful relationships with those you support
• Work alongside experienced healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Promote person-centred care and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or currently completing relevant healthcare modules)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant within the Irish healthcare system
• A caring, patient, and positive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn and adapt across different healthcare settings
