Every day is different. You’ll support people with daily living, personal care, community access, education, employment, leisure and achieving their personal goals. What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality person-centred support
  • Act as a Key Worker for allocated individuals
  • Support personal care while maintaining dignity and respect
  • Administer medication in line with policy
  • Assist individuals to access their community
  • Support daily household activities
  • Complete care documentation accurately
  • Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • QQI Level 5 qualification
  • Qualification in Healthcare, Social Care or related discipline
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred practice

Desirable

  • Experience working in disability or social care
  • Full driving licence
