This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or sales professional looking to develop a long-term career within Healthcare Recruitment. You’ll inherit a warm desk with active clients, live vacancies and significant growth potential across Nursing, Social Care, Allied Health and Healthcare Leadership Recruitment. The successful candidate will manage permanent recruitment processes while building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities and supporting healthcare and social care organisations across Ireland in securing high-quality talent. What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment processes
• Source, assess and place healthcare and social care professionals
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Develop new business opportunities through outreach and business development activities
• Manage the full recruitment sales cycle from lead generation to placement
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
• Negotiate offers and manage placement processes
• Maintain accurate CRM and compliance records
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
• Work towards recruitment targets and revenue goals
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Permanent Recruitment Division

What You’ll Need

• 2–5+ years recruitment or B2B sales experience
• Previous permanent recruitment experience desirable
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Comfortable with outbound business development and cold outreach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Commercially focused and target driven
• Professional and consultative approach to recruitment
• Full right to work in Ireland
