What You’ll Do

• Drive and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for our partnered clients
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients across the Irish market and beyond
• Source standout talent using creative search methods and industry networking
• Run a smooth, high-impact candidate and client experience from first contact to placement
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Hit and exceed targets while managing your own pipeline
• Contribute directly to the growth of a thriving, ambitious company

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Customer-Facing Sales (we’ll teach you the recruitment specifics!)
• A proactive, go-getter mindset with a strong drive to learn and succeed
• Outstanding communication skills and confidence building rapport with stakeholders at all levels
• Results-driven attitude, high resilience, and a passion for hitting targets
