We are seeking an organised, proactive and candidate-focused Recruitment Consultant to support high-volume recruitment across the hospitality sector. The role will focus on screening and managing candidates to meet the recruitment needs of established clients.

Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, manage multiple vacancies and maintain an up-to-date database of available candidates.

Duties

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, existing database and other recruitment channels
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
• Advertise vacancies and develop effective strategies to attract candidates
• Maintain regular contact with candidates to identify availability and suitability for current and upcoming vacancies
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews
• Verify references and right-to-work documentation
• Ensure relevant compliance and starter documentation is complete before commencement of assignment
• Match candidates to vacancies based on client requirements and candidate preferences
• Coordinate interviews, shift bookings and onboardings
• Maintain regular communications with temporary workers and support payroll as required

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have a BA degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field
• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service environment, recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
• Be proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continued growth
• Be an effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally
• Have the ability to work on their own initiative whilst also adopting a collaborative team approach
• Proficient in the use of MS Office with a keen eye for detail
