We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our Galway team and take ownership of a busy temporary hospitality desk, delivering exceptional staffing solutions and managing key client relationships across the West of Ireland.

As a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding recruitment solutions to both existing and new clients.

You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, develop strategic client relationships, and build a strong network of hospitality professionals.

Job Responsibilities : Leading a Fast-Paced Temporary Hospitality Desk and delivering Exceptional Recruitment Solutions

This role is centred around managing a high-volume temporary recruitment desk, supporting some of the West of Ireland’s leading hospitality employers with rapid staffing solutions.

• Manage daily temporary staffing requirements across hotels, catering operations, event venues, healthcare catering, bars and restaurants.
• Build and maintain a reliable network of temporary hospitality professionals including chefs, kitchen porters, catering assistants, bar staff, waiting staff, supervisors and managers.
• Coordinate bookings, shift allocation and candidate availability to ensure exceptional fulfilment rates.
• Maintain regular communication with temporary workers to maximise engagement, retention and repeat placements.
• Proactively plan staffing pipelines around seasonal peaks, major events, tourism activity and client forecasts.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for hospitality clients requiring temporary and contract staffing support.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, operations teams and decision-makers across the hospitality sector.
• Conduct client visits to understand workforce requirements and operational challenges.
• Deliver a consultative service, providing market insights, staffing strategies and recruitment solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and secure new business partnerships.

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Source, screen, interview and onboard hospitality professionals for temporary assignments.
• Ensure all compliance, right-to-work and reference checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Create engaging job advertisements and talent attraction campaigns.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across Galway and the wider West of Ireland.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring workers feel supported throughout every assignment.

Operational Excellence

• Manage multiple bookings simultaneously within a fast-moving environment while maintaining exceptional service levels.
• Monitor fill rates, booking accuracy, worker attendance and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with payroll and compliance teams to ensure seamless assignment management.
• Keep CRM and recruitment systems updated with accurate candidate and client information.
• Consistently achieve weekly KPI, placement, margin and revenue targets.
