Candidate Requirements
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years in a customer-facing or customer service role.
- Key Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Work Authorization: EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
Compensation & Working Environment
- Location: Fully office-based | Monday–Friday | Dublin 1
- Earning Potential (Base + Bonus + Uncapped Commission):
- Year 1 €47,000+, Year 2: €86,000+, Year 3: €100,000+
- Base Salary: Starts at €34,000 + achievable initial bonus of €4,000 + limitless commission scheme.
- Perks & Incentives: Performance bonuses, regular team incentives, and an all-expenses-paid annual company trip.
